Cakes are generally mailed within 5-7 business days; and are shipped via 2-3 day delivery USPS or UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by FED-EX or with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, please contact us if this method is required. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking.

Shipping fees include handling, packing and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each of them. We do our best to ensure your package arrives to you without damage, special care is taken to protect fragile objects, our shipping boxes are amply sized and your items are wrapped in a manner as to provide the most protection, however we are not responsible for damage caused in the process of shipping. Shipping damage claims should be made with USPS, UPS or the alternate shipping company requested and/or used.

RETURNS

Any personalized, customized, clearance, close-out, or special order products are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns on all other items are only accepted 10 days from the date of purchase, a return authorization is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition. Purchaser will assume the return shipping cost as well as shipping cost to exchange any merchandise. Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned at the purchasers expense. For eligible returns, please send an email to order@giftitcakes.com for a return authorization number, PRIOR to sending products back.
